Jiahongsi has long been focused on the research and development of solutions for the whole process of beverage industry from raw materials to the production of single-cup drinks. Jiahongsi has mastered a large number of core technologies in the field of single-cup (capsule) drinks. Its scientific research foundation and strength, the conversion rate and benefits of scientific research achievements rank among the top in the world. Dingjia Beverage Ecological Network has obtained more than 500 related patents, covering various fields of single-cup drinks, and has built four joint laboratories: Dingjia Hongsi Buhler Technology Joint Research and Development Laboratory (deep processing technology and equipment technology of agricultural and sideline products), Dingjia Hongsi RPC BEBO joint research and development laboratory (industrial application of degradable polymer barrier materials in food field), Jiangnan University joint research institute (industrial application of natural extract in drinks) and SAP joint research and development laboratory (end-to-end cloud computing solution). Since the successful mass production of the first single-cup beverage with Chinese independent intellectual property rights in 2018, Dingjia Hongsi has incubated China's first industrial Internet single-cup beverage intelligent manufacturing center and a series of major scientific and technological achievements, and is moving towards the era of rapid development together with the Chinese beverage industry.
