ZhouLong has advanced processing equipments and supporting facilities, Specializing inthe mould desiging and production. In 2010, Zhoulong had passed the ISO9001 quality system certification. Now it has 115 employees, including 5senior engineers, 15 designers, 25senior mold technicians, 40 skilled craftsmen, and over 20 professional machine operators. Using UG/PRO/e/Power MILL/CIm-it software and implementing integrated workflow model, Zhoulong has established a high-speed network system, and significantly shortened the molding cycle.
So far, Zhoulong has designed and nade several sets of mold for Taiwan, Eyrope, Japan, Indonesia and other companies. Its mainly products are household appliances moulds, automoblie moulds, motorcycle moulds, which have won a good fame among customers because of good quality.
