Xiamen Xingan Electronic Co., Ltd. was established in Xiamen City in 1998. We specially produce silicone rubber products (such as imd, keypad, silicone rubber element, and silicone ring).

In 2004, we established Dongguan Xingan Electronic Co., Ltd. In Dongguan.
In 2005, we established Xiamen Jinming Technology Electronic Co., Ltd. In Xiamen.

We specially design and produce metal dome (metal dome array, dome sheet array, lgf metal dome array, EL metal dome array, and conductive piece).

Technology Development:
1. Our develop engineers have over 5-year experience in this industry. They directly participate customer's early period development design and provide mature and reliable engineering design plan for customers. For EL technology we directly obtain support from EL senior manufacturer in South Korea who will assists customers at the early period of development & design of EL & metal dome.
2. Sample delivery time: 1-2 days after the receipt of blueprint for delivering general type of metal dome foil; 2-3 days after receipt of blueprint for delivering EMI/ESD printing metal dome.
3. Mould-opening time: 6 days for common metal dome and 12 days for EL & metal dome.

Project Ability:
1. Deviation: Dome to dome is +/- 0.1mm, hole to dome is +/-0.1mm, size deviation is +/- 0.1mm, and hole to hole is +/- 0.05mm.
2. Frequency: Assembly dome life can reach 1000, 000 times and bare dome life can reach over 2, 000, 000 times.
3. To choose different specification domes according to customer's demands, to meet feeling requirements.
4. Our design adopts 3dp/4dp/5dp/6dp, which is specialized for overcoming bad break over problems caused by the impurity greasy dirt.
5. We have ability to design & produce metal dome sheet (reel type).
6. To cooperate with customers in advance, supply stable & reliable design program and strict quality control.
7. Also we have QC & QA with quality senses in this industry for 2-5 years. We manage company strictly according to ISO9001: 2000.

Delivery Time
1. For the first time bulk production within 3-4 days for common metal dome, then just need 2-3 days for later orders.
2. EL metal dome: For the first order we need 20-24 days to finish the bulk production of South Korea EL. Native EL metal dome needs 7-10 days after having the production model. Production capability: 2000, 000 per month for main key and 3000, 000 per month for side key.
3. Remark: Above time bases on EXW factory.

Facilities:

We have about 1800sqm standard production base and no dust workroom with the newest production & detect facilities. We have 8 production lines, with 400000PCS/month output accordingly.
