Approved by the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade of P. R. C., China Shenzhen Foreign (Group) Corporation is a state-owned enterprise. It's total capital is 2.137 billion yuan, and possesses commercial office building, industrial work areas, and warehoase.

It has established business relations with almost 90 countries and regions in the world. Its total trade amount each year reaches 3 billon yuan (RMB). In 1998, it ranked among the 500 biggest exporting corporation in China and is one of the largest imdustrial and commereial enterprises of Shenzhen city, enjoying a high commercial reputation.
