Based on the materials advantage in Zhuhai (Guangdong, China), we are processing sea bass now. The Latin name of such sea bass is Lateolabrax japonicas and is well known for the European as Japanese Sea bass. The sea bass are all farm raised and the farming base is only 20m drive to the workshop. Due to the supreme farming environment (salted water) and the standard management system, the Zhuhai Sea Bass farming base is the largest (output: 75 thousand metric tons/year) and unique in China. Almost 90% farm raised sea bass are from Zhuhai city. In 2010, the Zhuhai sea bass gained the protected geographical indication (PGI) certification (please see the attached trademark). The WTO Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights ("TRIPS") defines "geographical indications" as indications that identify a good as originating in the territory of a Member, or a region or locality in that territory, where a given quality, reputation or other characteristic of the good is essentially attributable to its geographic origin.
