Our plant area is over 3, 000 square meters. We have a professional development team which is skilled of UG, PRO/E, CAD and other 3D design software to make the CAD/CAM/CAE of molds. We have large CNC machining centers, CNC high speed engraving machines, EDM spark molding machines, and line cutting machines to produce molds. We have 12 sets of 80-400 T injection molding machines to produce plastic injection parts. 8 sets Vulcanizers to produce rubber products. We have ultrasonic welding machines and assembly lines to do plastic welding, silk screen printing, and products assembly.
We are specialized in plastic products which contain many kinds of material, such as PP, PE, PVC, ABS, Nylon, TPR etc. And also specialized in rubber products, the material contain SBR, EPDM, PU, SI etc. Our product cover industrial areas, agriculture areas, Household products etc.
Our products contain: Lamps and internal and external accessories for cars or motorcycles, such as light handles, bumpers, and other plastic components; Household articles and daily articles, such as plastic parts of fridge or air-conditioners, plastic baskets, plastic cases, dustbins, and various plastic mats to be used for garages, swimming pools, and lawns; And rubber tiles.
