Customization scope covers core dimensions:
Material customization: Supports different material choices such as carbon fiber, glass fiber, etc. The racket weight (200-300g), hardness, and elasticity coefficient can be adjusted according to needs, balancing the high strength of professional competition with the ease of handling at the entry-level.
• Appearance customization: We provide full-color UV printing, water transfer printing, hot stamping/silver and other processes, and can customize exclusive logos, patterns, color schemes. We can also adjust the size of the surface (conventional 400mm × 200mm, etc.) and the thickness of the handle (G1-G5 specifications) according to our needs.
• Function customization: For special scene requirements, shock-absorbing glue, anti slip grip covers, or optimized frame structures (such as widening sweet areas and reinforcing borders) can be added to adapt to different indoor and outdoor venues. It also supports batch customization of personalized packaging (including brand stickers, instructions, and receiving bags).
The factory is equipped with a professional design team that can work on deepening 3D drawings and sample making (3-7 days for sampling). During the mass production stage, strict adherence to ISO9001 quality standards is implemented, with quality control throughout the entire process from raw material testing to finished product delivery.
