This is an expansion of AST's oversea business which mainly focus on providing professional screw conveyor design service and sectional screw flights forming solutions.

All of our flights are produced with the TruHelix system developed by AST since late 90s. And we have a team of highly-skilled Engineers, fabricators, welders and CNC Plasma Operators collaborate to produce flights and equipment's to suit any type of industrial machinery:

We are original manufacturer of equipment using sectional screw flights, which is a Left- or Right-hand helix with the desired Outside Diameter, Inside Diameter and Pitch.

Flight types are including Standard Flight, Short Pitch Flight, Paddles, and Variable Pitch Flight, etc. Especially for canted flight which is commonly used in centrifuges. We have track record of making this unique type of flights precisely and effectively in China. And our system can produce flights from 50mm to 4000mm, and the maximum thickness can go up to 40mm.
