Tianjin Jinqi Industry And Business Co., Ltd., was founded in 1998 and is engaged in manufacturing and selling low-carbon galvanized iron wire products.

With our capacity to make various products such as 6.00mm to 0.20mm hot-DIP galvanized iron wires and 4.8mm to 0.30mm electro galvanized iron wires, we can meet the different needs of different customers. We have rich technical force, advanced testing equipment and good product quality. The raw material (rod) we use is grade Q195 6.5mm low carbon wire rod from Tangshan Great Wall Iron & Steel Group Jiujiang Wire Co. Ltd.

We follow a strict process to ensure high quality, which involves clearing away the rust from wire rod 6.5mm, drawing (800kg axis type), annealing by furnace, washing by vitriol, washing by water, stoving, hot DIP galvanizing, winding to 700kg coil, pressing by machine, and packing with plastic film inner and woven bag outside.

The most important is that we can draw 800kg without any joint before galvanizing (other factories can draw above 200kg only, then they have to weld two wires together, which makes the wire easier to break).

Otherwise, we use gas to anneal wire in furnace, thus the tensile strength and elongation are very uniform (other factories use coal, the tensile strength and elongation are not uniform
