Within the warranty period, if issues arise due to our company's reasons, we will respond within 12 hours of receiving notice from Party A, and if necessary, dispatch technical personnel to the site within 48 hours to resolve the issue jointly with Party A. Associated costs are borne by us. For equipment beyond the warranty period, we provide paid services within a reasonable scope.
