Henan Shaolin Bus Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shaolin Bus), founded in 1983 and located at 513 Kangtai Road, Yulong Town, Xingyang City, Henan Province, was officially registered in 2006 with a capital of 120 million RMB. Shaolin Bus is an overall vehicle manufacturer listed in the National Bulletin with serial numbe 126. It's qualified to manufacture buses, special purpose vehicles and trailers. Its trademarks include Shaolin and Shaolin Star. It's No. 1 in medium buses on China market. The enterprise adheres to the quality management system of IATF16949 and has set up all the information management systems such as PLM, MES, ERP, QMS, WMS, new energy monitor platform and battery source traceability platform etc.

R&D and Verification Capabilities
1. Established capabilities in styling design, system and vehicle scheme design, overall vehicle layout, engineering data design, and synchronous engineering analysis
2. Established the capability of VCU control strategy design, model building, bench
Calibration, and vehicle calibration for the entire vehicle controller
3. In terms of vehicle verification, various road test tracks have been established to meet the requirements of vehicle development, calibration, and test verification, including road simulation durability test capability, vehicle power economy test capability, vehicle fuel consumption test capability, vehicle stability/steering/braking test capability, and door cover durability test capability.
4. In terms of component verification, we have established capabilities for motor performance testing, battery pack charging and discharging, durability testing, VCU development verification, three electric joint debugging testing, high and low temperature and salt spray testing, vibration testing, electronic and electrical testing, material performance testing analysis, etc., to meet the requirements for component and assembly development calibration and testing

Manufacture Capacity
The manufacturing plant is located at No. 513, Kangtai Road, Yulong Town, Rongyang City, Henan Province, covering a total area of 403, 089.10 square metres (about 605 acres), with a total building area of 110, 560.08 square metres, including stamping workshop, parts workshop, welding workshop, painting workshop, final assembly workshop and other workshops, with advanced research and development and production equipment, and can achieve an annual production capacity of 5, 000 units of fuel-fired and pure electric buses.


Electrophoresis process
The electrophoresis process for the overall vehicle runs automatically, which significantly improves the anti-corrosion performance of the vehicle and makes sure it won't be corroded or rusty for 10 years. The process can fulfill the inner cavity or slit as well of the workpiece with the electrophoresis coating, which can endure the salt spray test for more than 1000 hours.

Our portfolio of buses spans lengths from 6 to 12 meters, offers power options such as diesel, electric, and hybrid, and is available for customized production.
