Zhejiang Bitai High Voltage Electrical Appliance, is established in 2000 to manufacture Varistors Zinc Oxide Discs used in Arresters, which was designed and set up by experts of China Xian Electric Group.

Bitai, is the biggest enterprise for Zinc Oxide Discs and Varistors industry in China, has the capacity of manufacturing 5 000 000 PCs D3 discs (required 700t Zinc Oxide) annually.

Our Advanced Craft
There are the most advanced full-automatic production line for Zinc Oxide Discs and full-automatic measurement line for electric parameters in Bitai. Manufacturing process was adopted production technology of Japanese Hitachi Engineering Company, which ensures a high quality product with non-linear characteristics. Meanwhile, to ensure the high insulation and hydrophobictiy, we introduce into advanced technology-glass glaze process. This facilitates very low leakage current at system voltage, yet maintains remarkably constant voltage during the passage of high current surge.
