ZHONGTIAN CASTING Co., Ltd established in 1980, the office is located in Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong China. ZHONGTIAN has five factories, two for casting, two for large machining, one for machine tools. The whole company covers over 4.5 million square feet. Main company business covers developing and producing ductile iron, vermicular iron, grey iron, special cast iron and large-scale machining, machine tools researching and manufacturing. ZHONGTIAN has been the largest cast iron and ductile iron production company in South China, is also a worthy domestic leading company in large-scale cast iron and machining industry.

ZHONGTIAN attaches great importance to R&D, has a professional high-tech research team composed of a number of outstanding senior technical staff. The research of casting process has reached the international advanced level, hence ZHONGTIAN is among the companies and organizations which established the national standards such as <nodular Iron Casting>, <Nodular Iron Casting Metallographic Examination>, <Casting Nodulizer>.

ZHONGTIAN establishes and implements quality management system ISO9001: 2008 to assure the high-efficiency running of each inner process. In addition, ZHONGTIAN has special laboratory for moulding-sand property test, metallurgical structure analysis, chemicals study, the first-class detecting technology and advanced testing equipments like kaleidophon assure casting products high quality. For machining, ZHONGTIAN imported American FARO laser tracking instruments to precisely measure mechanical parts.

Furan resin-sand and medium-frequency induction furnace are used for All of ZHONGTIAN's casting production. ZHONGTIAN's casting annual output amounts to 90, 000 tons, and ductile iron is over 85%. A single cast iron can range up to 70 tons, which is at the advanced level in China. Now, ZHONGTIAN's products are applied to wind power machines, injection molding machines and die casting machines, heavy-duty diesel engines, engineering machinery, automobile molds, various machine tools, medical equipments, piping valves, etc. ZHONGTIAN has exported its products to dozens of countries and regions such as America, Israel, Italy, Germany, France, Japan, Korea, India.
