Research & Development
With advanced engineers team who had worked for ten years in Rapala China factory before, we specilize in make various soft lures, hard plastic bait, shrimp, jig-head, spoon, spinner, metal lures etc. We enjoy to follow up customer's idea to develop new products is one week as fastest, it's three weeks quicker than industry standard.
Production
The factory was equiped advanced facilities, some of them are import from Japan & Taiwan, HongKong. The materials are import from US & South Korea. There are 30 sets soft plastic injection machines, 30sets of painting, and 2000 square meter workshop, more than 200 experienced workers. The max production ability about 40K pcs of soft lures each day, 25K pcs of hard plastic each day. Besides, each soft bait was chemically treated by special process that prevented the swelling. The glass eyes were special holographic effetc. This kind of care in the quality of the product exists in each working procedure. All of our products are go through an intensive product development phase & swim action test where no expense is spared. All of our products are vigorously quality checked at the manufacturing level. Quality product that does not give out when you have that special fish on the line is our number one priority!
