It has branches of China Construction Engineering (S. E. A) Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., China Construction (S. E. A) (Cambodia) Corporation Ltd., China Construction (S. E. A. ) India Private Limited, and Pre-stressed Concrete Sheet Pile Fabrication factory in Long An Province, with class A certificates for construction and design and approval of quality management system of ISO 9001: 2008, environmental management system of ISO 14001: 2004 and health and safety management system of ISO 18001: 2007.

It is a comprehensive international construction contractor with management of civil works, industrial and transport construction, design and consultancy, construction equipment leasing, commercial concrete trading, steel framework design and construction.

We came into Vietnam in 1992 with more than 20 years of development and management, being the largest Chinese project contractor in Vietnam.
