We, Wear Resistant Materials Center(WRMC) of Guangzhou Research Institute of Non-ferrous Metals in People's Republic of China, produce wear-,heat- and corrosion-resistant materials for components in various industries including:<BR>

2.Impellers and volute liners for slurry pumps.<BR>

Our annual production reaches 15,000 tons. Maximum casting weight is 5 tons. Maximum diameter of machining is 3.5m.Half of the production supplies domestic customers and another half for export.<BR>

WRMC has a history of 20 years for producing these products. We have different materials for these products, such as Cr-Mo alloy steels, high manganese steel with Cr or Mo and high-Cr cast irons. We also make Ni-base alloys. We have accumulated much experience on casting soundness, design of chemical composition, proper heat treatment and machining. In China the labor cost is very low, so the product price is low. However, WRMC's products are superior in quality. Its products are exported to Japan, Canada, Australia, U.K., U.S., Taiwan, etc. The inspection and qualification of Japanese customers to our products are the most strict. WRMC's products have smoothly passed their inspection. Up to now, more than 4,500 tons castings have been exported to Japan. We are requested by Japanese customers to supply 4,000 tons per year in the future. Japanese customers buy our products at a low price and sell them overseas at a higher price. Japanese customers earn money in this kind of business. At the same time WRMC also obtains profit. So this kind of business is beneficial to both sides.
