WIN-GO specialized in casting & machining process, its business is growing fast and GAR is 56%, its turnover in 2009 is $50 million, 40% turnover comes from exporting business. In the past two years, our company brings in casting equipments and now we have one foundry and one machining workshop. The capacity of foundry is 25000 tons per year.
Base on our advanced management concept and perfect quality system, WIN-GO gets ISO9001 quality system certificate in 2005. We also apply SPC, CPK, TPM etc. Quality tools to monitor product quality. The total area of company is 30000 m² , 2000 m² Is for office, 3500 m² Area is for machining workshop, 7000 m² Is for workshop.
There are 11 units lathe with digital display, 2 units CNC lathe, 6 units CNC center and 1600*2000 CNC vertical lathe. Annual machining capacity is 6000 tons. Casting workshop invested 30 million and has 2 sets of 5 tons intermediate frequency electric stove, sand mixer, shot blasting machine, resin sand automatically handling system. The capacity of foundry is 15000 tons. The maximum single part weight is2 Tons. We produce gray iron casting, low temperature ductile iron and ductile iron casting.
In order to ensure the compliance of the composition and the quality of casting, our company is equipped with spectrum analyser, Brinell tester, electrical microscope, tensile tester etc. Testing equipments for casting. We apply CMM (1200× 800× 700) to monitor the dimensions of machined parts as well.
We have a high efficiency management team with 20 staffs, half of the staffs are with the background of college education. The total headcount is 120.
