Shenzhen Element Titanium Metal Manufacture Co., Ltd. Was established in 1994, with the former company name of Rixh Titanium Co., Ltd. We are a professional manufacturer, specializing in research and production of titanium materials and parts. After 18 years of company development, we have the capability of smelting, pressure machining, die-casting and investment casting of titanium products.

Our products range from titanium materials, including titanium boards, tubes, bars, pipes, foils, rods, sheets and wires, to titanium fashionable products, such as titanium cuff links, bracelets, belt buckles, pendants, key rings, watchbands and other related products according to clients' requirements. Our annual titanium productivity has reached 300 metric tons. Our Ti watchbands covers 40% global market currently, and Ti precision shaft covers 30% market in LCD board and electronic board etching facility machining consumption. Our Ti material products are widely used in electronic facilities, medical treatment equipment, ocean tools, hardware, clothing decorations and home appliances. We keep good relationship with our current clients.

We have many advanced machines and equipment, including 450kW ISM vacuum furnace, CNC machine, high precision titanium tube and bar forging machine, center less grinding machine specially designed for titanium materials, 500MT oil pressure machine, 300T, 200T and 100T oil pressure machines, from 63T to 20T pressure machine and CAD facility, and 124 sets of special machines as well. All tooling and modules are completed by CAD or CAM system.
