It is a joint venture managed by three investing sides: The No. 9 Knitting mill of Shanghai Three Gun Group Co., Ltd., The Shanghai Minhang Agricultural Improved Variety Farm, and Evercherry Industrial Limited of Hong Kong. The total investment of the corporation is US$4 millions, and registration capital is US$2.8 millions.

The corporation now has about 1000 workers& staff members, is taking up a space of 9666 square meters, and its built-up area is 11603 square meters. The corporation has more than 800 sewing quipments of ready-made clothes each set; Among them there are 200 equipments each set are imported. In the imported equipments, there are automatic unit for sewing polo shirt front plackets with single needle lock-stitch sewing head with needle thread monitor, lockstitch, automatic welting machine (for flaps), the computer-controlled high speed bar tacking industrial sewing machine with input function and cylinder bed shape overlock machine with variable top feeder for attaching collar that are most advanced worldwide currently. Meanwhile, the corporation is equipped with printing and embroidery shops, with 9 importing computer embroidery machines, 5 printing lines and 12 product lines. The monthly output of standard ready-made clothes is 0.28 million, the annual output is 3.36 million, and the annual sale is 15 millions. Most of the products are mainly exported to Japan. The corporation has own importing and exporting authority, super quality products, prompting delivery, and therefore has good credit and high reputation in Japan Market.

In 2001, the corporation passed the ISO9001: 2000 Quality Management System, and in December 2005, it passed the GB/T240001: 2004 Environment Management System and the GB/T280001: 2001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
