We currently represent a number of major Mideast importers since good quality, service and low price, such as the RIGID of Dubai, Liberty of USA, Lintex of Australia, Gemayisha of Singapore and SHOAIL of Kuwait and others.
We produce a wide variety of plywood, MDF, chipboard, blockboard, film faced plywood items in okoume, birch, hardwood, and so on. Production brief as following:
1--Plywood: F/B is okoume, birch, hardwood, etc. Core is okoume, birch or hardwood, Glue is MR/ E1/ E2. Size: 1220x2440mm, Thickness is 2mm--18mm, secondary forming.
2--Melamine faced chipboard, MDF, base board is chipboard or MDF, raw materials, density is about 700kg/cbm for chipboard, and above 750kg/cbm for MDF, resistant water, wearable. It has hundreds of colour is selectable, solid colour or wood grain colour. Size: 1220x2440mm, Thickness is 2mm--25mm. Certainly we could cover blockboard with HPL.
3--Film faced plywood, black, brown film, local or imported brown tyre film. MR, WBP, melamine glue, etc. Poplar or hardwood core or combination core. Moisture is less than 13%. Size: 1220x2440mm, 1250x2500mm, 12mm, 18mm is very popular with clients. Secondary forming.
Main customers for different market of different products.
1)Our melamine faced chipboard, cheery colour, it is very popular with Dubai customer for tabletop making, with good quality and competitive price.
2)Our mealmine faced MDF, warm or beige colour, sell very well in Kuwait and Australia market.
3)Our plywood and film face plywood always is used for furniture making or construction by the clients who come come from USA, U. K and UAE.
Our total production averages 10, 000 sheets per month, 70% for export and 30% for domestic market. The products what we sell is less moisture, formaldehyde, better drilling and fasten strong, surface is smooth and no knot or hole. All products is secondary forming. Certainly you could make the third party inspection.
Our company still is expanding Mid-east market, Europe, American and Australia market, we want to cooperate with more abroad company, especially cooperate with the furnish factory or big trading company and distributor, so we would very much to build mutual benefit cooperation with your company.
