VERYCO sets up its ceramic knives factory in 2006, covers an area of 33000 M2. The factory has passed ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System Certification in 2010, implemented 6S management model in production lines, and established the quality management system of vertical guide and horizontal communication link.

Our ceramic knives are processed under perfect inspection equipments and management systems, we so can efficiently check the quality control points and track quality control effect. The products are complied with SGS, LFGB, FDA, EU, CIQ testing requirements, Pb and CD contents are lower than standard level. The ceramic knives were passed the test of China Entry and Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, 100% comply with corresponding requirements.

VERYCO ceramic knives are made from an enhanced ceramic called zirconium oxide, which is the second hardest material only to diamond. The incredible hardness of the blade makes the edge exceptionally sharp. The enhanced ceramic blades are made by compacting zirconia powder using high pressure, then firing it at a very high temperature to create a hard, strong and dense blade. The blade is then sharpened using a diamond dust coated grinding wheel.
