The Company manufacturing operation commenced in 1989 with the establishment of Chungtse Electronic Factory in Shenzhen City, People Republic of China, mainly producing and assembling cassette tape deck mechanisms used in cassette recorders.
In 1992, Lihtse Limited has diversified its business into motor vehicle engine production. To cope with the business development, at the end of 1999, Tontse Industrial Company Limited was merged with Ngai Lik Industrial Holdings Limited, a listed company in Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

THPSCL specializes in 2 areas, namely the Plastic Molding and Metal Compression. The finished goods of THPSCL not only assemble into the Company cassette tape deck mechanisms, but also have great demand from external market.
With the increase demand of AV product, Vernco Technology Limited was incorporated in 2002. It is the Research and Development(R&D) house of Tri-Honor Ltd.
