With over 20 years experience, we can manufacture variety of springs including tension spring, compression spring, torsion spring, antenna spring and battery spring and wire forming spring and more. In order to expand the operation scope, the company added stamping equipment in 2002 for the manufacture of such stamping hardware parts as various terminal contact pieces, spring pieces, connecting supports and other functional metal parts.

In 2004, the company further added automatic lathe equipment for the manufacture of such automatic lathe parts as various hardware, fasteners, bushings and connecting rods and other turning parts. At the same time, the company has expanded and developed multiple production equipment to improve production technology and product quality. As a result of the investment in equipments, various production lines can compensate for higher production capacity, more reliable and efficient product, faster turnaround, and reinforce each other so as to provide multiple services for our customers. The company is possessed of the development capacity of spring, stamping and lathe assembly parts so as to avoid unmatchedness caused due to different parts from different companies and quicken delivery time to satisfy customers with providing high quality products and excellence.

In addition to the production lines of spring parts, stamping parts and lathe parts, our company has further established electroplating production line. The company can integrate electroplating requirements of various hardwares to improve electroplating quality, receive and send electroplating goods in due time, reduce the production time of outward products and well arrange the priorities of flexible processing tasks so as to provide better service for customers.

Established in Huangjiang Town, Dongguan, Guangdong Province, the 3 factory buildings cover an area of more than 10, 000 m2 and are set with spring workshop, stamping workshop, automatic lathe workshop, computer lather workshop, die production workshop etc. The whole factory has over 500 various production equipments, over 50 auxiliary equipments, over 500 employees including 100 professional technicians.
