Tai'an shankou forging Co., Ltd is an integrated corporation with perfect manufacturing, marketing and follow-up services system. It was funded in 1977, it locates at the foot of famous tai mountain, with a floor area of 120, 000 sqm and workshop area of 35, 000 sqm. We have over 600 employees. We passed GB/t19001-2000, ISO14000 and ISO18000. We have licenses as- pressure vessel design and manufacture license of d grade, issued by the general administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine of the people's republic of China(aqsiq), manufacture license of pressure tube productions, and also steel forgings for shipping manufacturing license issued by China classification society(ccs). We also have the certificate of reorganization from EMS (environmental management system) and ohsas (occupational health and safety management system). As the development of company, shankou forging has become a multiple heavy machine manufacturer with the core business of open die forgings, vessel heads, heavy machines' assembling and machining, and pressure vessel designing and manufacturing.

We have more than 200 sets or series equipments, our major forging equipments are hydraulic forging press of 6000t, 4000t and 2500t, digital ring roller machine of dia 4000mm, dia 1250mm, oil hydraulic forging press of 10000t, 5000t, 4000t, dia 8000mm spinning machine and heavy lathe and welding facilities etc. With such production capability, we could produce open die forging parts of max. Dia 4200mm. Our products are widely using in the field of petrol, shipbuliding, railway, transportation, boiler, chemistry, metallurgy and power business.
