We mainly adopt two kinds of printing: Transfer printing (intaglio printing) and digital printing (activity, scattered, coating, acid).
1. Transfer printing (intaglio printing): We have three paper printing machines, two cloth printing machines. We are professional transfer printing manufacturer, having a coordinated process of pattern design, computer color separation, Digital sampling, Glyphography plate-making, paper printing, cloth printing one-stop service of transfer printing, as well as the printing width is 760---2100mm, Max perimeter is 2000mm, monthly output is 1.6 million meters paper, 1 million meters cloth. Transfer printing is mainly used for Polyester, Nylon or other synthetic Fabric.
2. Digital printing: Silk, cotton, flax, voile, satin, wool etc., by Digital inkjet active printing; Polyester, Nylon or other synthetic Fabric by Heat Sublimation printing. Digital printing is mainly used for sampling and pre-mass production sample, the advantage is, no need make mould and print from 1 meter, avoiding high mould charge, short sampling time(1-3 days). Patterns can be adjusted in the computer freely with no limited. Especially suitable for small order and products with high definition. All of our products have good fastness to light, washing, and rubbing test. Widely used in clothes, finery, home textile(curtain, window screen, tablecloth, shower curtains, Sleeping bag and bed sheet, etc), outdoors products (umbrella, bags, gloves, beach chair, tent, etc), car accessories(seat cover, sun shade, etc), non-woven fabrics, photo printing, craft frames, banners, etc.
Our product is to use environmentally friendly raw materials, green processing, human soil without any negative effects. Our quality is certified by ITS, SGS and other international standard.
