Shuangwu headquarter and non woven production line plant is located in Zhonglou economic development zone in Changzhou, Jiangsu. The non woven fabric plant is built in Industrial zone in Anhui several km away from non woven production line plant. The bag making plant is located in Ruian, Zhejiang.

Changzhou city where Shuangwu headquarter located is an industrialized area with 3 million populations. Motorways connect the city to all over China and Shanghai port is only 1.5 hours away from city.
