Shenyang Shenghua Special Foundry Co., Ltd is a special foundry enterprise with advanced technology. It was located in No. 26 Yongfu Street Yuhong district of Shenyang Hardware Industrial Park and was established in July, 2002. Factory area covers 30 acres (20000M2).

Our core competitiveness is the green foundry technology--- electroslag casting technology, we can produce all kinds of castings which are prime quality with high safety. The composition of castings that forged by ESR electroslag forging technology were pure and dense, and scarcely restrict to the shape of the casting. The mould can be used repeatedly, no pollutant discharge after disposing the smoke and dust, so there is no harm to the environment.

Our products mainly include: Electroslag casting hydraulic turbine wicket gate, impulse runner, sand casting runner blade for axial flow turbine, crown, band and other castings for water power generator. All castings reach international and European CCH70-3 standards, meet all level NOD testing demands. Our products were put into use in more than 20 power stations and worked steadily.
