III. Construction Situation

1. One set of 250kVA transformer, One set of 1, 000kVA transformer.

2. The 80cm coking gas pipe is used for connection with Ruzhou Tianrui Group Coking Gas Plant 2, 000m away from our company. The coking gas conveying capacity is 15, 000m3/h, and the heat value is 4, 100kcal/Nm3.

V. Production Scale

1. Each 32m2 ceramic frit kiln daily produces 60 tons of frit. The monthly output is 1, 680 tons through calculation based on 28 days per month. The annual output is 16, 800 tons through calculation based on 10 months per year. Our company owns 25 ceramic frit kilns, so the annual output is 420, 000 tons (25× 16, 800 tons).
