As a well-known enterprise in the metallurgical equipment industry, Shanghai Xinzhong Metallurgical Equipment Factory is the Chinese manufacturing base for slab, billet/round, beam blank torch cutting machine, and engaged in design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, technical services and EPC of continuous casting machine and other professional metallurgical equipments. As the "Shanghai model unit", the company has passed ISO9001 certification, and was named "Shanghai high-tech enterprises" for eleven consecutive years, and also awarded the "National contract abiding and trustworthy enterprise".
With advanced technological capability, Xinzhong's products have taken place of imported products in more than 80 domestic large and medium-sized steel mills such as Bao Steel, Wuhan Steel, Anshan Steel and Maanshan Steel, and the electromechanical slab automatic torch cutting machines currently occupy 90% of the domestic market share. In recent years, Xinzhong has put attention to the international market and cooperated with steel groups abroad from Vietnam, Malaysia, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, bringing Xinzhong's products to the international metallurgical equipment stadium. Xinzhong casting equipments fully consider the water-cooling requirement in the high-temperature area so as to make the equipment operation more reliable and greatly reduce the maintenance workload. The fully water-cooling withdrawal and straightening machine in particular is able to work under high-temperature condition for more than two years.
