Qingdao Madison Forging&Casting Industrial Co., Ltd., is a profession manufacturer, designer and exporter with ISO9001: 2000 and ISO/TS16949: 2002quality systems, engaging in forging and casting and machined parts, especially in auto field.

The forging plant has 36 lines of advanced forging equipments. The auto parts productiton and forging parts can be produced about 8000 tons (the weight is from 0.1Kgs to 30kgs)annually. The key equipments are die hammers, friction presses, punching machines, trimming machines, CNC machines, machining centers, intermediate frequency furnaces, continuous heatment line etc. The products are made from mild carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel, etc.

The machining plant provides with a couple of CNC, digital controlled lathes, digital controlled milling machines, milling machines, drilling machines, tapping machines and ordinary lathes. And can be able to machine more than 20 kinds of products.

We have 260 sets of professional equipments in the casting plant. The yearly output is about 10000 tons, The main products og ducile iron, grey iron and malleable iron and steel can be produced from 0.1kg to 100 kg. The main facilities are as follow: Sand mixing line, automatic sand line mixing for core making machine, PC semi-automatic line(korea), auto-RMB2016 molding line (Japan), auto-KW molding line (German), hot-box shoot core machine, etc.
