Founded in 1982, Pak Mane Brush Factory is a renowned Hong Kong based brush manufacturer. Factory plant was moved to Shenzhen, China in 1990 over 5800 square meters. Our products include household cleaning brushes, toothbrushes, hairbrushes, cosmetic brushes and also OEM brushes for all kinds of electronic appliances. Ever since the debut of operation, Pak Mane's business had expanded by leaps and bounds.

To cope with the ever-changing competitive market landscape, Pak Mane proactively embraced full-scale manufacturing of brushes business to its strategic development initiatives. Pak Mane realized the importance of having total control of production cost, efficiency, quality and delivery. We are using our self-invented "Numerical Control Hair Brush Planting Machine" in our production to allow more flexibility in term of product designs, higher efficiency and absolute control on overall production. Our factory plant in China has expanded again to 8400 square meter and about 300 employees. We divided our factory production into 6 Departments - Molding, Plastic Injection, Bristle Injection, Trimming, Quality Control and Packaging - all filled with experienced, skillful and reliable workers who play the most important role in the line of production.

By leveraging on advanced production equipment and process, and sophisticated technical expertise, Pak Mane had become one of the leading hairbrush manufacturers in Hong Kong in the last decade. Our impetus to commit on production innovation, design and quality assurance is fueled by accolades from internationally renowned hair-care companies and professional consumers. In 2002, Pak Mane was qualified ISO9001: 2000 Quality Management System, and got several Best Supplier Award from "Philips".

In both Hong Kong and China, we have a team of experienced and energetic sales and marketing professionals catering for customer requirements, and showrooms systematically displaying a myriad of regular and latest hair brush products. We harness enterprise- wide information system not only to facilitate seamless internal communication, but also enable accurate and timely information exchange with valued customers and suppliers.
