The company has a strong research and development team. - All of our controlling programs and software are in-house developed. This guarantees the control quality. In case of any modifying and change, we can do it in a click.

- Except for the natural tore and worn parts, we give all our machines of 1 year straight warranty, and we provide life-time service supports and free software upgrades. Your ROI is assured in our effort, and you can rest with good nights.

- We design and produce all of our own machine parts. All parts are generally in stock. In case of any urgent servies, customers can just reach us. We guarantee to send the prat in less than 24 hours after the payment is received.

- For all new machines purchased, our engineer can be arranged to travel and provide initial setup and give travelling to your operators. If the client has their own technical department, they can also download our online instruction, and can click and get linked to our YouTube video for a free tutorial. In addition, with your permission, all our machines can be remote controlled by our engineers in China to guide your setup, perform tuning and training. It doesn't matter where the machine is located.

- Each of the machines are unique with their ID. All machines from RuiChi will be in signed and approved by the chief engineer, and each machine will have an indentity, we give a QR Code sticker. With it, we can keep track of the made, quality, and supply parts. Icase if you need any service support, we can pull out the file quickly. In some cases, we help customers link up the machines to the servers, so they can automatically generate production reports via its ERP system, which allows the management to analyze anywhere at any time.
