Infusion of congou: The drinking of congou includes two methods: Pure and mixing. The pure method demands for infusion method. The tea pots and cups shall be warmed, that is, the clean glassware shall be washed with boiled hot water and such water shall have a temperature up to 95 degree. In the infusion of congou, it is necessary to infuse water at a high level to make tea leaves spread better by means of water impact.
