Founded on Nov. 2, 2005, Dandong Ideal International Trading Co. Ltd. Is a trading company which operating all kinds of ball milled cast-iron water pipes and elbows, manhole covers, drain covers, flanges and other cast-iron products.

DIIT is wholly owned by JIGANG PIPE FITTINGS MANUFACTURING Co. Ltd which OEM pipe-fittings of water supply and drainage systems, toilet equipment and indoor/outdoor sewer covers from 1994.

JPFM incorporates the latest technology of Hasegawa Foundry Co., Ltd., one of the largest pipe-fitting manufacturers in Japan, making a full range of piping products in accordance with ISO9001 Criteria and MDJ Standards. JPFM has set up plants in Chinese mainland, one 23, 000 sq. M. In Donggang, Liaoning, and one in Jiaozhou, Qingdao. The company has exported products to Japan and Southeast Asian nations and manufactured automobile parts and machinery components for American and European clients.

The company has introduced the most advanced technology and equipment, including green and resin sand stack molding technology, jolt-squeeze molding machine, casting platform line, pouring platform for resin sand stack mold, lost foam molding and casting lines, static powder coating line and digital controlled machine tools, especially the Japan-made automatic continuous refining arc smelting furnace, which is used for high quality casting materials.

To keep improving product quality management, the company uses the latest testing instruments, such as metal spectroscopy analyzer, carbon/silicon equivalent analyzer, temperature measuring meter, universal testing machine, hardness tester, metallographic structural analyzer, sand strength tester and leak detecting instrument. Currently, the company has been certified to ISO9001-2000.
