Neupex was founded in the year 2000. We have been manufacturing, designing and sourcing stationery products for over 15years. Our manufacturing facilities are located in China in Ninghai and Jiaxing of Zhejiang Province and Huizhou of Guangdong Province. Our products are distributed under our own brand WEX.

We manufacture, design and source complete line of WEX brand office and school stationery products in stapling, punching, cutting tools (paper trimmers, scissors, and cutters), clipboards and accessories: Clips and pins, erasers, magnets, rubber bands, glue sticks, ruler and sets, compass, labels, tapes and dispensers, certificate frames, and sign holders. Quality is very important to us. Our factories have strict quality management in place to insure components always meet and perform to our customer's specifications. All incoming materials must comply with raw materials specifications and strict incoming quality inspections. During on-line quality inspections our factory inspectors must make sure drawings with highlighted critical dimensions and first run samples is available at each of the work station so productions parts can be constantly monitored. Upon out quality inspections our inspectors makes final checks on all appearance and functions according to each controlled product files and must keep shipping sample to be dated for future references. All products will have a golden sample system in place to make sure approval samples are always up-to-date.
