Microcell Technology Co., Ltd (MTC) was founded in the historical and cultural city of Yangzhou in 2011. Besides developing and producing microcellular polymer foams, we work with our customers to provide tailored solutions suitable for their industrial requirements and applications. MTC attracts a group of experts in microcellular foaming technology who, together and through years of hard work, have developed proprietary microcellular foaming apparatus and processes. These enable MTC to be the first in the world to have successfully manufactured large-dimension homogeneous microcellular polypropylene (MPP) foam.

MPP is light, yet strong and environment-friendly. Such combination makes MPP the best substitution for the conventional foams such as PE, PU, PS foam and expandable PP beads(EPP), as well as a candidate for the requirements that have never been satisfied before by the existing materials. So far, the product lines we developed receive a lot of attention since they provide a new material cornerstone for both technological and product innovations in many industries.
