Qingdao Hiworld Molten Steel Control Co., Ltd, was established in 1998. Currently, we have more than 500 workers and a plant area of 100, 000 square meters. The company has grown very fast over the past decade and has become one of the leading hi-tech refractory manufacturers in China.
The company mainly focuses on refractory products used in continuous steel casting. The main products we specialize in are ladle shrouds, submerged entry nozzles, tundish upper nozzles, monoblock stoppers, and thin slab casting nozzles. The company has two China-made production lines and one Germany-made automatic production line, one raw material preparation center and a research and development center. The production capacity of the company has reached 1500 pieces /per day and 10, 000 tons/per year.
We are continuously improving our production facilities and production technologies in order to serve our customers with high quality products. The company has a long-term cooperation with material scientists from Dongbei University, Wuhan University of Science Technology, Beijing University of Science and Technology and Luoyang Institute of Refractory Research. We also have experts in continuous steel casting from steel plants to develop technologies for high quality productions. After several yeas of studying the advanced technologies in this field, we have developed specialized technologies for producing Hiworld products. We have significantly improved the product qualities of our non-carbon and non-silicon ladle shroud and submerged nozzle; Mg-based ladle shroud and submerged nozzle; Low temperature, non-preheat, submerged nozzle and refractory brick products, etc. Our products are widely used in domestic steel plants in China such as Wuhan, Tangshan, Benxi and Qingdao and exported to steels plants in other countries such as Russia, USA, Germany, Belgium, France and Spain.
The company has established a new products research laboratory and a water-simulation laboratory for the researches in the fields of product design and flow field simulation. Hence, we will develop more and more advanced products to serve your high quality demands.
