Our company is committed to assisting customers to source and purchase only high-quality products at the lowest price and with on-time delivery. With a wealth of experience in the furniture industry and also working with Chinese factories, we believe that we offer our customers a very rewarding and stress-free experience.
Begun in 1999, we have offices in Hong Kong and mainland China. As our goal is to deliver only the best products to our customers, we believe that working closely with our Chinese suppliers is extremely important. We have a dynamic team of westerners and Chinese based in southern China, nearby our suppliers' factories. From placement of orders to shipment of finished products, our team is frequently visiting the factories, monitoring production to ensure high quality and on-time delivery. We believe that being proactive helps to prevent a lot of the usual manufacturing problems from occurring.
Not only are we committed to providing high-quality, on-time products to our customers, our suppliers are also committed to this as well. This commitment is achieved through all factories having their own internal quality control people, processes and systems in place, along with material planning and purchasing staff and mrp systems.
Our current customers are very pleased with our work and understand the difficulty of dealing directly with Chinese factories, particularly without a team located in mainland China. We take this stress away from you, for probably a cheaper price than what it would cost to set up a team in China yourself.
