The purpose of this office is to create a single point of contact between the various VINCI entities worldwide and Chinese manufacturers of goods and equipment used in order for VINCI to realize their projects.
This structure will allow facilitating technical and commercial interactions between the various stakeholders and also to consolidate commercial flows, thus creating a single platform for manufacturers and suppliers to introduce their products and latest innovations to the VINCI group.
On the other hand, this sourcing and Procurement platform will also provide VINCI companies with a complete Procurement solution, overviewing the whole Supply Chain process and act as coordinator between various actors necessary to ensure the good realization of the Procurement process.
