Sifang has made great contribution to China's power construction by participating in key power projects such as the Three Gorges Project, Power Transmission from West to East, Nationwide Power Grid interconnection etc.
The Three Gorges Project

500KV Nangchang Substation
The first 500KV power transmission substation of the Three Gorges Project, Sifang supplied a fully integrated substation automation system, including the CSC2000 substation automation master system, several CSC series of microprocessor-based protection relay as well as many measurement& control units.

500KV Xiaogan substation
One of the key substations for the Three Gorges Project, and a pivotal project of Central China power grid.
CSC2000 substation automation system, various kinds of microprocessor-based protection, measurement & control units, monitoring station, engineer station and fault free station in Xiaogan substation are all provided by Sifang.

500KV Jingmen substation
Jinmen Douli substation is a hub substation for power transmission of the Three Gorges Project.

CSC2000 substation automation system, various kinds of microprocessor-based protection, measurement & control units, automatic equipments in this substation are all provided by Sifang.

It was here that Information transmission from Jingmen 500KV substation to State Power Dispatching Center was successfully carried out complying with TASE2 protocol for the first time.

500KV Tianshengqiao substation
It is the key substation which enhances South China power System and it is regarded as key step for Power Transmission from West to East. Sifang provides CSC2000 substation automatic system, measurement & control units, monitoring station, engineer station and fault free station.
