KunShan ChenYi Semiconductor Co., Ltd was one of leading power semiconductor supplier in China with ISO9001, TS16949, etc. Since the establishment in 2000, we focus on the design and production of power semiconductor devices, including diodes, thyristors and IGBT modules with more than 30 kinds of module pacakges(such as TO244, SOT227, Semitop 1, 2, 3, 3 phase rectifier, etc) and Stud diodes & SCR (DO4, DO5, DO8, DO9, etc), as well as Pressfit diodes for vehicle alternator, Single/3 phase rectifier bridge Assembly, for heavy duty alternator and industrial application.

We are a member of the China Internal Combustion Engine Electric Machinery Industry Association in addition to being a member of the China Power and Electronic Association. Their laboratory has full testing capabilities such as a thermal cycling load test platform, high temperature reverse voltage AC test sets, a humidity and heat test platform, and a high and low temperature tester. The company employs a professional team who specializes in semiconductor design and manufacturing, including expertise in the automobile industry, with electrical appliances, and within the electrical and electronic components industry. They also employ several long term technical consultants and senior engineers. Moreover, they cooperated with ShenYang University to built a power semiconductor, an auto rectifier and other similar undergraduate and graduate projects.
