LRC's products cover a wide range (30+ types), include centrifugal/static casting iron rolls, adamite rolls, HSS rolls and composite cast steel rolls. Our annual production for centrifugal cast rolls is 20, 000 tons, for static cast rolls is 5, 000 tons.
LRC's production line is one of the best(3rd)lines in China. Equipments on the line include: 5 induction furnaces (line frequency or medium frequency)(10 Tons. 8 Ton, 5 Tons, 3 Tons, 1Tons) 12 horizontal centrifugal casting machines, 2 vertical centrifugal casting machines, 20 heat treatment furnaces and more than 150 machining equipments. LRC has an advanced and rigorous quality control system; During inspection processes molten metal is checked by ELTRA carbon & Sulphur determinator and ARL spectrometer, all the combined layers of centrifugal rolls are checked by ultrasonic flaw detection and during ladling of liquid iron the weight is monitored by electronic scales.
LRC's High speed steel roll opened a new era of mill roll. The company approved by ISO 9001 since 2000, which gains itself approvals from all over the world.
