Kang Ka Mold Co., Ltd. (KKM) is a Chinese mold supplier. It is composed of three middle-small sized factories: injection mold & plastic factory, silicone rubber mold factory and extrusion mold factory, which are located at the manufacturing center DongGuan city of GuangDong province.

At KKM, our biggest business is plastic injection molds and plastic products. We specialize in plastic molds and injection products nearly 10 tens. From the year of 2003, we started to export molds through trading company. We are familiar with the difference between the exporting molds and inner molds. So from the design stage, our engineers will consider these factors into your molds, which make the molds match well your injection machines. Also, we will prepare the technical manual and necessary store for your molds.

The other two business for us are silicone rubber mold and extrusion mold. Silicone rubber parts and extrusion parts are widely used in electronic field. They can resolve many problems that injection cannot do, such as distortion, bend and shrinkage.

The facilities are ISO9000 certified. We have advanced equipments: CNC machines, EDM machines, 3-D family measurement. In the injection shop, there are 20 injection machines from 30T to 350T. We have 3 double injection machines. For each machine, we equip oil temperature controller machine and water temperature controller machine. Excellent design, advanced equipment and abundant experience assure you parts less shrinkage and better figure.

In recent two years, we focus on double injection molding, overmolding and clear molding. In these fields, we have made great progress and keep obvious technical advantage.

Except for the mold and injection, there are integrated secondary operations: painting, silkscreen, hot stamping and assembly.
