Shanghai Telkom is one of the fourth subsidiaries belongs to Telkom Group. Telkom group start tooling from Dongguan in 1995 and Shanghai Telkom has founded at 2001 in Shanghai.

A 230--people manufacturing group with 30- person CAD/CAM/CAE, Pro-E, Mold flow analysis, tooling design team. And nearly 100 people consist of the molding shop.

Have all necessary tooling equipments like CNC Milling, CNC EDM, Wire Cutting, Milling, Grinding machine and so on.

Telkom Mould is specialized in building moulds with cams, slides, lifters, core pull, collapsible core and automatic unscrewing actions. We stock steel P20 (HRc 28-32), H13 (HRc48-52), S7 (HRc54-56), 420SS (HRc48-52) with high glass and anticorrosive, which are bought from U. S. A, Germany and Sweden. We use standard components from DME, Progressive, HASCO and etc. Every year we produce about 100 runnerless mould using DME, INCOE, Mold Master, Yudo systems.
