Our company was founded in taiwan in 1987, we are the first foreign invested company specializing in engine valve manufacture in the mainland. Our main products ranging from all kinds of engine valves, to valve cotters and valve spring retainers used for automobiles, motorcycles and general engines, with an annual output more than 30 million valves, 45 million valve cotters and 12 million valve spring retainers. They are not only provided to domestic large automobile and motorcycle manufactures, but also sold well all over the world.

In respect of manufacture technology, we chiefly employ Japanese technique standards originated from honda and fuji. We introduce advanced plc computer-controlled production line, top, tip, stl valve end or seat welding equipments, tufftriding equipment, and so on to meet the requirements of high precision, wear resistance and long life OEM engine valves and valve cotters and valve spring retainers.

As for enterprise management and quality assurance system, we carried out ts-16949 quality registration system, and we also implement management methods of japanese quality assurance. To ensure the quality, we use all kinds of imported measures including micro hardness tester, projector, profile apparatus, ultrasonic instrument, three-dimension measure instrument etc. For materials, heat resisting steel import from daido kogyo co. Ltd. And hitach metals., ltd, and stellite cobalt alloy from mitsubishi are used for production. The compositions of these materials are superb stable.
