JINGANG FORGE Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993. The company introduced 5-ton electric-hydraulic hammar in 1999 and completed the construction of Machining Shop in 2005.3150-ton open die hydraulic forging press was built and put into production in 2007. As a key service parts' provider serving heavy equipments in the northeast of China, we are specialized in manufacturing large and medium size ferrous open-die forgings, custom parts used for metallurgy, mining equipments. We obtained the ISO9001: 2000 certification in 2007, and became a certified manufacturer for pressure vessel parts (Class B) in 2009. Jingang Forge is also a very active member of CCMI (Confederation of Chinese Metal Forming Industry), and Chinese Wind Energy Association. Jingang Forge currently serves as an executive director for Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association in Anshan.

Capacity

Jingang Forge is conveniently located in Anshan Teng-ao Ecomomic Development Zone. It is only 1.5km (1mile) from the Shenyang-Anshan expressway south exit, 89km (55miles) from city of Shenyang, 300km (186miles) from the port of Dalian and 120km (75miles) from the port of Yingkou. We have a staff of 200 highly skilled work force and occupy a manufacturing facility of more than 40, 000 square meters (430, 556 Square feet). Our technical staff includes 3 senior engineers, 6 project engineers and 4 staff engineers holding advanced degrees, who are ready to meet your needs.

The company is equipped with one 3, 150-ton open die hydraulic forging press, one 5-ton electric-hydraulic hammer, one 1-ton air hammer, one 560kg air hammer and one Ø 800 ring roller. There are more than 10 heating furnaces (10m and 12m long). In addition, there are more than 40 machining setup comprising of Ø 5.5m vertical lathe, CW61180 by11m long engine lathe, and etc. Our in-house laboratory can perform many mechanical and chemical analysis. Our overall equipment and technology capacity rank # 5 among forging industry in the Northeastern region in China.

Products

The annual output of steel forgings is 25, 000 tons, and the parts can weigh up to 32 tons and 12m long (46ft). The main products include mill rolls, main shafts, connecting rods, gears, flanges and tool steel. Our quality forgings have served in wide industries including metallurgy, mining, oil, electric power, ship building, equipment building etc. Our forgings have been exported to US, Canada, Europe and Australia.
