LIAONING WEIERMA LARGE STEEL PIPE MANUFACTURING Co., Ltd was established in 2001 with registered capital of 130 million Yuan, It covers an area of 130, 000 M2. Annual output value over one hundred million yuan. Our company is located in the national steel-iron base-Anshan China(Dadaowan industrial zone), the company away from the Shenyang-Dalian highway, Anshan stand exit only 800 meters, traffic and transportation is very convenient. There are 400 staffs in our company, and 60 professionals.

We have a team of experienced technicians and operating workers. There are 6 SSAW production lines and 1 LSAW production line. Annual production capcity is 300, 000 tons. We have improved productive technology, advanced production facilities and inspection equipments. The quality of our products are stable and the specifications are complete. We use the molding technology of Germany, auto welder and auto submerged arc tracking systerm of America Lincoin. We also have auto cut systerm and the pipe end diameter expandiing machines. LSAW unit use high-efficiency molding method and advanced welder. It can produce high-grade oil and gas used steel pipe. About the inspection equipment, we have X-ray television flaw detection, ultrasonic inspection, hydraulic test of 4000 tons, impact tester, drop hammer impact tester, universal testing machine, direct-reading spectrometer, oxgen and nitrogen analysis meter, metalloscope, all kinds of reliable test and inspection equipments. Keeping the technical progress made us make great progress on welding steel pipe manufacturing, and we've already reached advanced level of the industry.

We produce many kinds of SSAW. Available diameter is 219_3600mm, and avaiable thickness is 6_30mm. Material: Q235__Q345, L175__L555, X42__X80.

LSAW: Available diameter is 325--711mm, and avaiable thickness is 6--20mm.
