(HLBS), its previous company named Ningbo HeLi Automobile Parts Co., Ltd., affiliated to NingBo HeLi Group, and it is member unit of Experts Committee of Science&Technology Council of National Construction Department. HLBS was established on Sep 1, 2010, is a joint venture by HeLi Group, Goshen Industries and Titans Rich Holdings Limited, which specializing in designing, developing, manufacturing, marketing and service for braking system and industrial parts, our products are comprehensively used for all kinds of coaches, tourist bus, trucks, trailer and all kinds of passenger cars.

HLBS dedicated to providing various brake systems to customers, our mainly products included air brake systems, hydraulic brake systems, automatic slack adjuster and spring booster. All these products are supplied to automotive company and axle plant in domestic, and export to Europe, North America and South East Asia indirectly.

As a professional manufacturer in brake systems, our annual production capability for air brake caliper reaches 20, 000 sets, and currently developed 5 series suitable for many kinds of commercial vehicles. The annual production capability for hydraulic brake caliper is 480, 000 sets and design, developing and manufacture base on customer's technique request. The automatic slack adjuster obtain national patent, annual production capability is 200, 000 sets.

Our company has passed certificate of ISO/TS16949: 2000 quality system in 2005, and continuous improvement and enhancement to production and quality management system to ensure product quality and performance, we have dynamic meter, fatigue tester, universal tester, coordinator measuring machine, and other several inspection equipments.
