Our Works is a large professional foundry works in P. R. China. We have the most advanced production line of Lost Foam Casting in China at present. The key facilities of the line were imported from the U. S. A. And Europe. It supplies high quality castings for industry vehicles and relative industry. Products are transmission cases & brake drums used in forklift trucks, exhaust pipes and valves used in automobiles, etc. The annual capacity is up to 5000 tons. The production line is suitable to make iron castings of ductile iron, gray iron and various alloys.

We have two vacuum foundry lines, too. We can produce gray iron counterweights for forklifts, excavators, loaders, etc through this line. Our products not only supply with HELI brand forklift truck in china but also are exported to TCM and NISSAN in Japan, MCFE in Netherlands and DAEWOO in Korea. Annual capacity can reach 40, 000 ton; The castings weight is from 100kg to 8000kg. Accuracy of dimensions is up to CT9-CT11 grade. The surface finish is up to Ra 12.5-Ra25.

In addition, we have a fork production line. Forks made by the advanced technology and equipment have good quality including accuracy in dimension, fine appearance, durability and safety etc. The main equipments are 630t bender, 250KW mid-frequency heating furnaces, vertical & horizontal regulator, milling and painting etc. It can make various kinds of fork from 1t to 25t including folded forks, sleeve forks and front-moving forks. The annual capacity is up to 15000 pairs. Forks have been exported to the U. S. A, Japan and Korea etc. Users from abroad and home praise them.

Our Works owns strong ability of research and development. We have our own pattern design center and CAD. We also have advanced CNC. The melting equipment is INDUCTOTHERM mid-frequency electric furnace. The reading optical spectrometer controls chemical composition. The 3-D measurer checks dimensions. We have complete facilities of heat treatment, shot blasting and spraying. Our Works have advantages of not only high quality but also low cost, so our products are very competitive in the world market.
