We have two full production lines; One is a forged flange production line, including the cutting, forging, heat treatment, machining, NC machining, non-destructive test, packaging, and the other is a bolt and nut production line, including the cutting, chamfering, thread rolling, heat treatment, electroplating, coating, packaging, and so on. All forging and heating, baking, heat treatment temperature, and other important processes are controlled and recorded by programmable controller (PLC) system. With 4-ton electric fluid hammer and a set of manipulator, the factory can forge the forged piece with the greatest weight of 4 tons and the maximum diameter of 1.6 meters. The factory also has two 1-ton air hammers, one 750 kg air hammer, with an annual production of forged piece up to 5000 tons. The factory's fastener production line is specialized in producing high-performance and large-size fasteners with the maximum size to 4 inches.
